About the project
Empresio is business management software for self-employed professionals in Spain. It brings invoicing, quotes, expenses, clients, taxes, inventory, payroll and point of sale together in a single app, with built-in AI.
Problem
Self-employed professionals have to invoice, track expenses, prepare their taxes and adapt to Verifactu, usually juggling several different tools.
Solution
A modular web app where each business turns on only what it needs: point of sale, employees, inventory… It includes Verifactu-compliant invoicing, quarterly VAT and income tax (IRPF) tracking, digital signatures, an employee portal, automatic payment reminders and an AI assistant.
